Service Sales Are Final

All payments for services rendered are non-refundable. Once a treatment or service has been performed, we cannot offer refunds due to the nature of esthetic services and the time, product, and labor involved.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost but will not be refunded in the case of:

• Cancellations made outside the allowed cancellation window of 24 hours

• No-shows

• Arrivals too late to perform the service

Product Sales

All retail product purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on skincare, cosmetics, or other retail items unless the product is defective.

Satisfaction Policy

While we do not offer refunds, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours. We will do our best to address your concerns and offer corrective service(s) where appropriate at our discretion.
